Curse of Weboggle
Some things I’ve said during weboggle.
What’s a snet? Since when was that a word?
I got the word shoe, but not shoes?
How can someone with a handle like “b00tylube” score higher than me?
And yet I don’t stop playing.
This is the last game.
Ever.

a-ha! Now I have enough reason to believe the only way 12 other people can beat me at weboggle is because they cheat. For shame…

I can’t speak for the other 11 people who beat you, but I just so happen to know ‘b00tylube’ very well and can vouch for the fact that he’s no cheater – just a super smart guy. As for the name, apparently it’s something he got from a Conan O’Brien skit (it’s still weird though lol)

You’re hurting my ego, Megan, but thanks for stopping by to vouch for b00tylube. I’ll gladly give b00tylube his props.

I’m sorry my name embarrassed you enough to write this post on your blog.
Anyway, I don’t cheat at online games. I guess since there’s no chat or trash-talking on weboggle, the only thing I can do to intimidate an opponent is use a stupid name as I dominate.
I get accused a lot, especially in online first-person shooters. I’ve competed on the professional level before against the top players and still don’t get the respect unless it’s at a LAN event :(
BTW, if you still play boggle, you can find me under my new name of “The Young Gorilla” …because I cannot be tamed >:D
P.S. I found this site when Megan informed me at a party that someone was pissed at losing to someone named “b00tylube.”

It wasn’t so much your name as it was realizing I was coming from a small pond.
I didn’t mean to sully your name. Thanks for taking the time to communicate some. I’ll be looking for you.

Since they’ve changed it to wordsplay, I found another one at WEBoggle.info which is much like the original WEBoggle.
