Who Says Musicians Are Flaky?
I saw Kent Muira at Walden’s at one of my few performances there. (Speaking of I have another one December 3. Feel free to stop by and catch me or the other four acts). He handed me more than fifty dollars saying something like, Here! This belongs to you. We played a show together and I got $50 from the door. I just never got around to getting it from him. I counted it as a loss and hoped Kent had spent it on something nice and long-lasting, but the good man kept it for safe keeping just in case we would bump into each other again in this big little city. I could use fifty buck right now.

Comments Are Back
I got tired of looking at Comments (0), so I took off comments. However, I am a well-rounded glutton. I have a hunger for punishment as well as food. So I brought them back. Except with the spam I see on Pat’s recent comments, maybe I should reconsider.

Burns Candles
He burns candles in her car
to drive demons away
and call the angels home.
Another Sunday morning
he pays penance again
in his private catacomb.
If it wasn’t for her virtues,
he’d turn back to his books,
he’d count her as a loss
But her soul’s salvation
is tied to his concern
for all the city’s dross.

Some Things To Remember When You’re Pregnant…
… to avoid unnecessary pain.
- Don’t paint the extra room too early.
- Don’t answer the question, “What do you want to have, a boy or a girl?” unless you answer “a healthy baby.”

It Doesn’t Eat Socks
Check out the new softer world. It’s kinda funny.
Now read it again. Who goes to this laundromat? What kind of people go there. It’s kind of sad, isn’t it? You can see some of these people at your local laundromat too.
